Frequently Asked Questions


- What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is completely free worldwide! All orders are delivered via UPS, DPD, or FedEx.
Please note that local taxes or customs duties may apply depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility. (Applies only to orders outside the EU.)

What is the estimated delivery time?
Our estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–8 business days

  • European Union: 3–6 business days

  • Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

Please note that these times include production, packaging, and shipping.


 - Can i cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately at info@marcelozanotti.com.
We’ll do our best to assist, but cancellations can’t be guaranteed once your order has entered processing, as we ship very quickly.
Please note that confirmed orders cannot be modified or deleted.
If your cancellation is approved, a €30 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

Are the frames included?
Frames are sold separately from the art prints. You can easily add a frame from the menu dropdown.
If you order both a print and a frame together, we’ll professionally frame your artwork for free so it arrives ready to hang.

 

- How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. 


- My tracking number does not work?!
When you received a tracking number, it does work. If it shows your package is being prepared, it means your artwork is being created and package is being prepared to be sent.


What happens if i don't accept/collect my order?
In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a 50$ fee.


How are the artworks shipped?

If only the art prints are selected then they are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damages. If you add a frame to the same order then you will get the art print professionally framed and the artwork will be ready to hang right out of the box.


What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and approve your return request.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@marcelozanotti.com. You’ll receive detailed instructions and the return address via email.
Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.

  • The return package must be well-protected.

  • We cannot accept returns on art prints if the tube or packaging has been opened, as prints can be easily damaged.

 

What are the payment methods?
We accept Paypal, Apple pay,Google pay, Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All common payment methods are accepted.    

   

- Is my frame well protected when shipping? 
Of course it is! We ship every piece with much inside protection so it will arrive in 1 piece. 


- What if my piece arrives damaged due to shipping?
You should email us within 7 days of arrival so we can open a claim with our shipping company. And send you a replacment if needed.
